Lacquering chambers

For the purposes of painting vehicles or other large dimension workpieces, we offer painting and drying chambers. The chambers are available as standalone units or as units for integration into buildings.

The chambers are fitted with ventilation systems for the supply of fresh air and for the suction removal of polluted air. Waste air may be treated with a water cleaning system or with dry filters.

The chambers with water cleaning system are fitted with waste paint sludge removal devices. Sludge is separated in the treatment device and the purified water returns to the chamber reservoir. As standard, the lacquering chamber has the waste air purification system installed in the base, beneath the floor grating; alternatively, it may be installed along the chamber walls. Combined chambers are also available, for lacquering, evaporation and drying operations. With such combined chambers, the ventilation system is a closed circuit design, achieved by means of directional dampers and air ducting.

The devices can be adapted to hot water, steam, hot oil, electrical, fuel oil or gas heating.
