Metal treatment

Metal treatment

Surface protection applies different application methods (dipping, spraying, rolling, pouring, electrostatic spraying, powder coating, plastification, electrophoresis etc.) with conventional organic or water based coating materials, or PE or PU lacquers or powders.

Curing and drying of the coating may take place by means of solvent evaporation, a chemical process or a combination of a physical and chemical process. Drying may take place in convection, induction, IR or UV driers.

Our range of surface protection equipment for metal components includes devices for a variety of applications in automotive industry, tractor and bus production, production of residential and storage containers, fittings, electric devices and equipment, foundries, steel structures, metal furniture, and for single-piece manufacture for lacquering in spray booths, dust-free chambers and drying in ovens.

A lacquering line usually consists of:

  • a pre-treatment station,
  • coat application station - spray chamber,
  • a settling tunnel,
  • a convection tunnel oven,
  • a cooler and
  • a manual or mechanical transport system.
