With metal workpieces to undergo wet or powder surface treatment, the application does not start directly with the coating, but rather with the preliminary preparation of the surface for the coating - i.e. with a process of pre-treatment.
For quality surface treatment, it is not sufficient to only mechanical remove impurities – rather, the process also requires chemical pre-treatment.
Common pre-treatment methods include degreasing, Fe or Zn phosphate coating, passivation, chromate coating, rinsing with ordinary, soft or demin water and drying.
Our range of pre-treatment equipment includes devices for manual operation in booths, with manual or automated dipping in tanks, and spray system in tunnel machines with mechanised workpiece transport.
The devices can be adapted to hot water, steam, hot oil, electrical, fuel oil or gas heating.
The equipment is made of black or galvanised steel sheet, or of stainless CrNi steel with thermal insulation.
